Taps Red Cream Ale – It is a delicious, full-bodied ale with a clear, beautiful red colour. Cream ale is made by using ale yeast fermented and conditioned at colder temperatures (like a lager). The colder temperature causes a slower, more gradual fermentation, resulting in a smoother flavour. Our Red Cream Ale has a full-bodied silky texture that is crisp and strong in flavour, with a fresh, clean finish (i.e., no lingering aftertaste).
Taps Charleston Lager – We’ve reinvented our Charleston Lager; try the new and improved recipe. Made from 100% 2-row malted barley, and just the right amount of Cascade hops, our Charleston Lager is a refreshing, light- bodied, flavourful golden lager that is perfect for all occasions. The ideal, easy-drinking Cottage brew.
Taps Premium Lager – The spicy Cascade hop is used to impart an assertive hop flavour, aroma and bitterness to our most popular lager. This results in a bold, satisfying and complex, yet refreshingly crisp flavour experience
Taps Vanilla Wheat – A creamy, full bodied unfiltered wheat with a natural golden haze and hints of Madagascar black bourbon vanilla with underlying notes of banana, clove and citrus
Taps Chuck Noris RoundHouse IPA Prepare to be round-housed in the tastebuds. This is a North American style India Pale Ale. It has an intense North West Pacific-hop character from a ridiculous amount of hops added to the brew-kettle, and then dry-hopped later on during conditioning. Citrusy, floral, and fruity flavours take front stage, while the caramel accented malts give it some balance. Chuck Noris IPA is the reason that Waldo is hiding.
Taps Rye Knot This “North West Pacific” style pale ale with the assertive bitterness and citrus flavours that make it a perfect match for spicy or fatty foods. Deep golden to copper in colour, this ale produces a beautiful head leaving nice lacey threads on the sides of the glass as it is drained. The spicy hops are definitely the star of this show while the rye malt plays a largely supporting role.

Taps Rauchbier A historical specialty of the city of Bamberg, in the Franconian region of Bavaria in Germany. Beechwood-smoked malt is used to make this unique lager. “Rauch“ is the German word for smoke. The flavour can be described as smoky, bacon-like, or woody.
Taps Bock Is a bottom fermenting lager that took extra months of lagering (cold storage) to smooth out such a strong brew. Our Bockbier is stronger than your typical lager, much more of a robust malt character and darker colour. There is just enough hops to provide balance but not get in the way of the malt flavor.
Taps Rosberg’s Porter – Named after a beloved building, which has a place in local Niagara Falls hearts. Rosberg’s building was built in 1919 and was a great piece of history. This porter is also made in the traditional styles that were predominant at that time right down to you finding a true traditional cask sitting on the bar for you to enjoy.
Taps Dunkel Bavarian Beer Rich, bready, Munich malt sweetness with hints of chocolate, nuts, and caramel. It is dominated by the rich and complex flavor of Munich malt. Some nobel German hop character may be in the background, but the balance is tipped firmly towards the malt.
Taps Belgium Style Witt Wheat Beer A cloudy Belgian style ale with a pale straw colour. A pleasant honey-like sweetness is accompanied by notes of perfumy coriander, with a complex herbal, spicy, note in the background, with just a hint of orange zest.
